    my name is Dario and i have a problem with download movies with "movies & tv microsoft".

    I renting the movie (and pay regulary), but don't start the download and look "impossible to obtain the license for playback, try again.."

    i try many time but the problem sty...

    i try to renting an other movies but the problem remains...

    i try to cancel cache of system and restart the console but problem remains...

    can you help me?

    I have a problem with download movies with Movies & TV microsoft.

    after renting the film (and pay regulary) don'y start the donwload....

    Error message "impossible to obtain the necessary license for Playback, try again"

    I try many time, but the problem stay...

    I try with other movie but the problem stay....

    I try with cancel chance of system and restard the console, but the problem remains

    Licenses question.

    Hey there, so you're re-downloading previously purchased movies on to a new HDD? With TV shows and movies Unfortunately, you cannot transfer film and TV show licences from one console to another because of licensing restrictions.

    So it looks like you only get 1 license per console. More information here:
