    Hey guys how r u doing?

    im having trouble with my microsoft account... i cant change it. it keeps telling me "we cant change your acc. at this time please try again later.

    i also cant connect to my gold membership i redeemed to cards already but it wont work.

    im leaving in iraq and thats maybe because you dont have access her. were not leaving the stonage anymore.

    PLEASE do something about this PLEASE PLEASE.... theres alot of people here having the same trouble and they r really disapointed!

    you gotta help us...

    Can't find my gold account on my x-box

    I bought a 3 month gold account on my computer through x-box.com.My account was logged into my yahoo account when I bought it.In x-box I have a microsoft account but in optimum.net .How do I log out of that in the x-box and into yahoo so I have my membership
    and will I lose all my settings?

    Because people just post on one thread rather then making their own

    The best way to find a solution is to make your own thread and follow the troubleshooting stickies concerning your problem and to post the relative information on steps taken and account settings like region etc

    Listed at the bottoms of the stickies I don't have issues with member ship cards are you buying out of region cards?

    That would be your issue prepaid cards are region locked

    Iraq is not an xbox live supported country so you will have problems.Not much you can do i'm afraid.

    I'm having the same issue...Its been nearly 8 weeks and membership is ticking away. How can I verify what username/password I'm logged under on the xbox console?

    Guys, it's best to create your own threads instead of bumping old ones.

    @Brushy - When you add a subscription via the website, there is a delay before the console will recognize it. The delay can last for hours. You can try testing your connection via the console to speed up the process.

    @Aydanpower - When you're sign in, the gamertag will be shown in the upper lefthand corner of the screen. You can also scroll all the way to the right and check your account info under settings.
