X box 360 membership

When I try to look at when my x box live membership ends it says that the payment option is not the right one checked all my details all are right also comes up with code error 80182300 even when I try to buy x box live subscribtion still comes up with
error please help

Rock Band 2 X-Box live no work

When i go to get onto Rock Band 2 for X-Box live on my 360 it says, "In order to play on X-Box live you need to be signed into an X-Box live enabled gamer profile with X-Box live Multiplayer privileges enabled with X-Box Live"



I have a X-Box live membership and as far as i know the multiplayer is enabled. I have played Halo Reach and other games on X-Box live so i am confused as to why its not letting me play this on live.

 

x-box 360 was stolen

My x-box 360 was recently stolen and I had 7 or 8 games already downloaded to it that I purchased through x-box live. My step son has an x-box 360 as well and I have tried to figure out how to access my x-box live membership through his console and no luck.
I'm sure there is a way of doing this that I'm just to far behind the times to figure it out. If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated, thanks.

Good day. In the Xbox gold área has explain the ending of the suscription. Also go to www.xbox.com account settings and changes youre options.

Shedender, this sounds like there may be a pass due balance on the account. Try checking out the account payment options

I do recommend to contact a live agent so they may check the status of your account and see if there is an issue with the previous or current payment.

contact a live agent with a
Call back Request.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks, pick the category
(Games) and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

I still have x box live membership left till December and everthingvstill works you tube games ect but its just when I want to see when my membership ends it used to just come up with details I usually get a voucher to renew it at xmas
