    Hello,

    my son has an xbox 360 - he has just purchased Zombies vs Plant for £25

    When he comes to play it - message pop up

    CONNECTION

    your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality.

    But we have other games on there which do work.. so I cant understand why he is unable to play this.

    please can you let me know how to access this game or failing that who I would contact to get it refunded.

    Who bought an X1 and whose sticking with their 360?

    I bought the x box one and give to my brother the x box 360 the console stay in the house. so I can play later future x box 360 games.

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    sorry it wouldn't let me edit...; my issue I suppose is paying £6.00 x box live gold subscription if there are no games to download

    The link that you have sent does not indicate any games for the x box 360... I am assuming that x box one games won't play on the 360... is that right?????
