    X-Box 360 Backwards Compatibility


    So this has probably been asked a million times but I'm about as tech-savvy as Barney Rubble so here goes, I'm trying to download Dragon Age II and I get that stupid error message server error in '/' application xbox one. So I
    went on the FAQ page and had a browse, nothing is helping and I do not own a 360 cause I've recently switched from having a PS4 to an X-Box One. If anyone can help me that would be great xxx

    Using Xbox live store via web

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.

    When you say "x box 360 pad" are you referring to an Xbox 360 controller? If so, I have to let you know that they are not
    compatible with the Xbox One, see "Xbox One backward compatibility FAQ".

    Have you tried clearing broswer cache or using your xbox one console

    Keep innmind your account region must match your actual region

    I read up online that the backwards compatible games that work on the X box 1S when I tried the ones from 360s that were backward compatible they didn’t work so I ended up purchasing them on digital copy

    Assuming the backwards compatibility is near seamless for the Xbox One titles, it will be a grand start for the Series X range.
    I'm assuming that the Series X is based on the same type of architecture as the Xbox One/X, so it should be a lot of easier to have Backwards Compatibility work right out of the box instead of needing to make an emulator like they had to do for Xbox 360,
    and original Xbox Backwards Compatibility.

    I'm really looking forward to finding out more!

    Unfortunately the backwards compatibility program is over so if it hasn't already been made backwards compatible then it won't be.
