    X box 1s turns on, but nothing on tv screen.


    Tried multiple HDMI leads, multiple slots. (Everything else works with leads and slots)

    Registered console with xbox support, (only 6 months old) tried to request repair, but according to xbox support, my xbox has no issues! I can't book a repair, or request a call, and when i manually try to call xbox, im told by automated service to request
    call. (Which it wont let me do!!) Xbox has been broken at least 6 weeks, wasted x box live gold, my kids cant call their friends.

    Had enough.

    Wasted way too many hours trying to sort this out.

    Shocking customer support from xbox!

    Would really appreciate any help please.

    When he checks a box to say use another recovery option the X-Box just goes into a grey screen. He's left it for 15 minutes and nothing happens, just end up turning it off and the whole process is repeated again! So frustrating!
