    X Box 1 X "Fix this on the web" message I don't understand


    Got a brand new X Box yesterday, played fine. Then this morning, I get a "Fix this on the web. There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in." ****? Ive gone to Microsoft website online, can't figure out
    how I am supposed to "fix the account" or even what's wrong now that wasn't last night!! FRUSTRATED.

    Anybody have any knowledge or suggestions they could share with me to try to fix this problem?, I have no frickin' clue at this point. Many thanks for any responses. JM

    Hello JM you could try this, might help. This message is splashed if Microsoft account required some update like date of birth etc,

    You can safely login to account.live.com or https://account.microsoft.com/ and check for required
    information there and update it.

    From a PC enter your xbox account and there it will indicate that it is wrong or, if you lack data, check everything correctly and complete what you ask

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.
