    My son poured water in his x-box one. He waited quite a while to tell me. At this point it does not turn on. I have no warranty and limited money options. I want to get this Working again for Christmas. Any and all help is appreciated. Please

    I spilled water on my Xbox and it got in the heatsink and in the power port on the back. The power brick when plugged in turns on its orange light but when I plug it into the Xbox the power brick shuts off. Does anyone know if this is a power brick problem
    or a problem with the console itself?

    Hi

    As the Xbox One is no longer working then the console will require repairing however prior to requesting a repair for the console I would advise you to contact the
    Xbox Support directly selecting the option to request a call back or Chat with Xbox Support to ensure it is possible to repair the console and also an economical repair from your point of view.
    If a repair is possible and you chose to go ahead the support team should be able to help arrange this or you will be able to arrange this yourself

    In any case itbwould probably be cheaper to buy a replacement than pay for repairs. I have seen them go for 60 CDN these days.
