x box 1 s head set problems.

I have an X box 1 S . Our turtle beach headset worked for a while then stopped. ( about a year or so ago) Then we bought another headset ( today) and it won't work either. The headsets work with for about 2 seconds and then either the controller tries
to reset or the mic can't be seen, this happens on both headsets. we have done a hard reset with the xbox, updated the controllers ect. Please help thanks.

Thinking of getting an Xbox One X and I have a few questions?

1. All your games are tied to your account, not a specific X Box. If the games are "yours", no worries.

2. I bounce two externals from a launch day X Box 1, to a X Box 1 S, and to a X Box 1 X, all the time. No problems.

3. With non-enhanced games you'll notice faster load times. Enhanced games load faster, look better, and are much smoother; especially over my original.

Did Any one Else have issuse when transferring data from xbox one to xbox one x?

Don't really keep anything on the internal drive; bounce my Seagate external 2Gb from a day 1 X Box, to a S, to a X with no problems. The 6Tb Western Digital that I moved from the S to the X work fine also.

I am use any headphone with mic where the controller supports 3.5mm jack. You dont have to buy Microsoft specific headphones

Thoes which say they are compactable with Xbox one in the title or on the box will work.

For headsets that don’t you can get the Microsoft chat headset adaptor to allow unsupported headsets to work.
