    X-360 apps


    I use my Xbox 360 mainly for apps such as Youtube.

    But for over a week now the Youtube app is the ONLY app not loading videos.

    TWC 15 mg up and running fine. So I called XBCS. Twice.. Both times we trouble shot the problem to no avail.

    Is anyone else having problems loading videos via the xbox 360 using the Youtube app?

    How many consoles do you have include gaming pc and handled

    We currently have these spread all over the house (not including laptops or Smart Phones)

    3 x 360s
    2 x PS3s
    2 x PC
    1 x Wii
    3 different DS
    PSP
    Nexus 7

    And I am getting an Macbook Pro (mainly for music apps, but will put some games on)

    Soon to have a PS4 too

    I have owned many more, but sold/thrown away over time.

    I think the problem is with the app itself... I'm forever getting a "YouTube is not available" warning. A "try again later" type deal. But when I hit "Close" the video plays without problems. I mostly use YouTube for the UFC stuff, JRE, and until recently
    Opie & Anthony. I get the warning on every video though.

    It needs fixing but I don't think XBCS are the people to help. =)

    I use it just fine.... Daily for hours at a time.

    The "unavailible" black screen does pop up sometimes... not a big deal though IMO.

    Try deleating the app and clearing your cache 3x. Download the app again and see if that works.

    Did that, XBCS even had me delete my profile, L R Bumper X and redownload updates.

    Nothing worked.

    @Argontheos I get the "YouTube is not available" every time, and no matter what I do it want load a video.

    Xbox Code problem

    The Xbox app is not compatible with the Xbox 360. The app only supports the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. To setup the Xbox 360, you will just need to follow the on screen prompts to get up and running.

    The 'App password' for the Xbox 360 is a work-around for the two step verification system available for the Xbox One/Series X|S. As the Xbox 360 doesn't support 2 step, you need to use an 'App Password' on these consoles.

    For the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, you need to use your Microsoft account password.
