    X-1 keeps shutting off


    My day one addition keeps shutting down when I try and enter Titan Fall matchmaking. The light on the power brick is off. I have to unplug the power supply and wait for awhile. I plug it back in and all seems ok, but it not. it does the same thing if
    I try and use the Youtube App as well. I will be watching videos and then it shuts off. I unplug and wait and try again. It will not shut off if I don't start anything, just leave it on the home screen.

    Xbox one x keeps shutting off

    For a while now my Xbox one X keeps shutting off out of nowhere, I've moved it from where it was to get more ventilation, I don't know what else to do.

    Provide more details next time and you'll get better answers. What are you ding when it powers down. Does it do it while idle?

    Check the power cable and make sure it is seated all the way in to the console. Next make sure your outlet/power strip is in good working order.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to play with your console.
