    Every time I try to invite fifa friend to play friendly online, the system show that I have 0 (zero) friend online, even having 10 people (friends) online he shows me this error. Already delete all my friends, I created a new profile, added again, restarted
    the platform, and nothing solved! What should I do?

    If you've already power cycled the console then try doing a factory reset to see if that helps. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you don't need to worry about losing them.
