Wy my series x won't link with microsoft store ?

It was not the hard drive, but the disc drive, my console can't read disc. And my warranty expired since my new console had 3 months after they change it! The 1st series x was changed even if my warranty was expired, but the employee I got on chat, push my case to higher level because of the particularity of my case. And it was accepted and they give me a 1 month extension on the warranty so I could get my series x changed. I told that to the xbox support employee today and he was saying that it cannot happen and it didn't happen. He have my info and I even have the email they sent me the day it was accepted. With details about the warranty extension! This story is a joke. I'm gonna do something about it, but for the moment, I'm waiting for my console to be repaired and using my old xbox one!

If you did it via chat you should have been assigned a case number to continue with the follow-up of the case.

No graphics problem. Just performance. Controllers updated, all of them, wired or not it's the same. Tried a other monitor and it was doing it, it's a BenQ 1080p 60 hz. I just changed the default background and working better with the BenQ but for the moment ! Already did that before with the LG, the animated background seem to been a problem on the series x on monitor. Maybe that's wy every times I do a factory reset it's not fixing the problem. But I don't think it's all.

Yes it's still doing it ! Already did that a couple times. I have a LG 27gn750-b 1080p monitor 240hz and maybe there's a problem between the series x and the monitor. I think that the problem had begins after some xbox systeme update because it was ok before ! And I'm not sure it's not related to the store link because at some point I was seeing my old xbox with a game and app inscription and I erased it and my series x. Was ok right after that. I erased the 1st series x because she was linked to the store but with a date that correspond to the new one. And I got problems after that.

Doesn't work. Did it and download app and games. I'm still at 0 on 10 on device link with microsoft store. Already tried factory reset before your reply and did not work. And still have that bug with my series x. My console have already been changed last year !
