Discus and support WWZ Aftermath Cross Platform in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi there, I just purchased WWZ aftermath to use on Game Pass for PC and Cross Platform multiplayer doesn't seem to be working....I bought it to play...     WWZ Aftermath Cross Platform


    Hi there,

    I just purchased WWZ aftermath to use on Game Pass for PC and Cross Platform multiplayer doesn't seem to be working....I bought it to play with my friends who have it on Epic, and every time I use the CrossPlatform invite code to connect it says "Crossplatform Party not found". Is this a known issue? Also I don't seem to be able to find anyone at all on the public multiplayer search.....

    It seems to be a problem with the game, I recommend contacting the game developer to report the bug.

    Xbox on Windows none of my DLC works

    Not working for me, even with a full PC shutdown. (this is for WWZ season pass, DLC weapon packs and Aftermath.) Its like only the free base game is available and all the DLC content is completely locked out.

    When you try to click on the DLC content ingame for Marseille or many of the weapon packs, I get this error:

    PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound

    However if I do same for the Rome or Kamchatka (aka aftermath episodes) I get:

    PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent

    The value would be listed as $0.00 as the code was not purchased via the MS Store.....MS have no idea what price you paid and it lists it in $ as a default I believe.

    You definitely bought the UK version yes? And you definitely bought the Xbox version and not Windows version?

    Can you got to the Windows Store, find the WWZ Aftermath entry and post a screenshot of what it shows please? Usually when a purchased game doesn't show up it's because it's the wrong platform, wrong account or wrong region...for a game to just not show up is weird

    That's my guess, a few of those EA games could be timed exclusive for the XBOne and most of them will make limited use of the kinnect too.

    honestly, businesses don't want to admit it, because they want to make money, but the truth is its the way the games are going. Soon all games may be going this way to allow for crossplay even though it isn't good for business and it will be the
    way of the world one day soon.
    Really hope so!
