Wwe2k16 dlc missing but paid for in past

I previously in the past brought wwe2k16 and it's season pass.. I removed it for space redownloaded it recently to have a go. Only to see I cannot redownload the season pass dlc but I can the pre order dlc (the terminator). Now I know they pulled it from
the store but I was under illusion that you could still get it if its been paid for in the past digitally. I have my order number still but no option to re download from the Xbox store or even Microsoft. Is there any way I can retrieve the dlc still? As It
tells me I have to start a new game without the dlc..

My suggestion is that you go to the manage game option to see if any DLC is not installed.

I must've missed it, but where did the past due balance come from if all you're using is pre-paid cards?
