WWE2k15 Purchased But Never Recieved $80 Game

Yesterday I bought WWE2k15 For Xbox One (Digital) then I tried playing it this morning and it asked for a disc (0x87de2712) The game was taken off Xbox Store, Now I got money to buy WWE2k15 Deluxe Edition and it took my money but never gave me the game.
So now I am out $160

I purchased the 6 months of gold and 5 free games and never recieved my game codes, how am i to get them

 

Fallout 4 purchase unclear on getting Fallout 3, possible false advertisement.

Purchased the game but have not recieved the code

 

Well I retried to get the game, So I paid $80 to get Half DLC and no game?

Is there a refund policy in place for situations such as this? Because this is completely unacceptable. I bought this game on Wednesday and the next day it is unplayable and missing. Would rather have my money back so I can get a game that works instead
of waiting for this game that seems to have disappeared.

 

i've been having trouble getting this game to work for 2 days now, getting this same error and asking for a disc. its darned annoying when you can't get a digital game to work.
