WWE Network App issue

I seem to be having a issue with the WWE network App, where that it will cut out after a period of time, i.e. 15 mins and says your network is unreachable, when I know my network is working fine. I find that I have to do a entire restart of the Xbox to get
me back into Xbox Live, which I then have the same issue.

Any ideas?

WWE App not letting me sign in

I think the problems with the Xbox 360 app are due to the idiotic way they decided to implement WWE Network on Xbox 360. Yesterday morning I went on the XBL App marketplace to look for the WWE Network app, and it wasn't there. What I suspected turned out
to be the case:

They implemented WWE Network as an update patch for the existing WWE app. This causes a problem that I don't think WWE has even considered yet, (based on reports from lordsofpain.net anyway.) See, the pre-existing WWE app on Xbox 360 was exclusively for
viewing WWE PPVs you would pay to watch ala WWE.com PPV webcasts. Therefore an account for viewing those old format PPVs and an account for WWE Network are not quite the same thing. I believe someone *** up and did not configure the "updated" version of the
WWE app to check account details as they pertain to WWE Network, rather than the previous account credentials needed for viewing the old format PPVs.

They could have avoided this whole mess by just releasing an entirely separate WWE Network app. I'm baffled that these morons haven't figured this out yet.

 

WWE Network App not streaming content

I have had the WWE Network app for about a month now and have been unable to stream content.

Was unable to view Wrestlemania as well.

My ratings level is unrestricted so there should be no issue there.

I contacted WWE Network and have had no response for a few days.

This sounds like it might be a network connection issue. Does this happen with any other apps? Before anything, can you try uninstalling the app and reinstall it to see if that helps?

If that's not helping out, can you get us a picture of your detailed network statistics on the console?

 

Mister Maka, it doesnt do it on any other app.

When I was on the NXOE it was fine. No issues.

On the old dashboard though, it just doesnt seem to like it.

To clarify, are you now using the NXOE or are you out of the preview? If you're back out of the preview be sure to uninstall the app and reinstall to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with what's going on

Yeah, I`m out of the NXOE and back on the normal dashboard, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but didnt work. Have always had this issue.

 

Just to take a look into your network speeds, can you share your Detailed Network Statistics? To view that, visit settings and then head to network. From there if you scroll to the right you'll see the option for Detailed Network Statistics. Thank you

Your speeds all look good. It's sounding like it's more of a connection issue between your console and your home network. Are you currently connected wired or wireless? If you're wireless let's give a wired connection a try. If you're connected via wire,
let's try replacing that Ethernet cable to see if there's any change with that

No issues with it on the new dashboard, this one? Nope. Not doing it.

Just to check, have you tried unlinking your WWE Network account, power cycling your console and then linking it back? That can often help! Let us know how it goes.
