WWE App not letting me sign in

Just updated the app to the WWE Network, already paid for my subscription, but I keep getting "User or Password unrecognized".

Email and password are correct and I can sign in to the Network on the website. What's wrong with the app?

Hi there, i have this problem, i have full connection, i tested it about four times, then i sign in and it says connection to xbox live has been lost. someone help?

 

Ditto....wonder if this is another time something all hyped up to be ready isn't ready when it is supposed to be!

 

Same here. Can log in with my phone but not Xbox. WTH

Same here. I couldn't log in on my Xbox 360 but I was able to login just fine through AppleTV. Microsoft, please fix this!

 

I have been searching the internet about this as I wasn't even going to sign up for the trial if I couldn't get it to work on 360. So far there is no information. A couple people did post on random wrestling forums that they spoke to support about it who
said they cannot figure out why it's not working. That doesn't bode well.

 

Xbox Support had me DM them my gamertag on twitter when I brought the issue up. They said they will investigate but this was 3 hours ago and I've not gotten a reply.

 

I noticed something I may have not left totally clear in my post but I can't edit it anymore. I wanted to be clear and state that the people on the random wrestling forms said they spoke with wwe network support who said they had no idea why it wasn't working.

 

This would lean more towards the issue being something that Xbox Support should be looking into I would think. Network works on Google Play, PS3, PC, etc.

 

I tweeted them and they did say it's currently being worked on, no ETA. I can't even sign up for the trial, whenever click the signup link it takes me to a page saying something along the lines of no media player found.

 

Still no luck... even deleted/ reinstalled app to make sure I have it right. Good to know it's not just me but still sucks. Tablet and phone work but not on xbox.

 

Same problem here. Waiting on support to confirm that they have no answer....

 

Yeah this is such a dissapointment
