WWE app crashes during VOD

Anyone else having issues with the WWE app crashing during video on demand? Live streams work fine, but the VODs kick back to the home screen after a few minutes. I don't to have any problems with other apps or online functionality. Everything else seems
to work fine, so I'm not sure how it would be a LAN problem. I am using a wireless connection.

Have reset the app. Update, the game crashes following/during access for targetted ads.

Ok since gameloft refuses to think their anti cheat systems are wrong I invited everyone here to view the following live stream recording on my mixer and see if you see any hack or cheats running during these streams. These are taken over 5 days of play
between 2 different perm bans top to bottom older to newer.

7 is ban I have now issued 7.25-2017 and others are all the times I played leading up to that ban

also note video 1 is comeing off a perm ban as well

 

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? See if that helps.

 

I've tried that before, but I just tried again. I even deleted the app, held the power power until it completely shut down, and even unplugged it for a minute. Booted back up and reinstalled the app. Still the same issue. VOD crashes during playback. However,
I noticed that it stops playing at the same point each time. You can restart the vid, fastforward past that point and continue watching, until the next point it crashes at. Then I just repeat the process. I kind of think it's a WWE Network problem. Thanks

That may very well be possible. You could try contacting the WWE to let them know of the issue.

Also, can you try following my steps again but before redownloading the app head over to the WWE app on the pc and see if there's a way to remove your console from accessing it there. Then come back and redownload it and sign in again. See if that helps.

 

I don't think there is a way to disassociate a device from the WWE Network, like with Netflix, just signing out. I searched the site on PC. I signed out on the X1, uninstalled, power cycled, re-installed, signed back in, still the same problem. Thanks agan.
I'll call customer service at WWE when I'm in a great mood and have a free 90 minutes.

 

So afte several hard reboots and app uninstalls, I had a friend of mine go to the WWE Network app his X1 to see if he would have the same problem with VOD playback. He did, and at the exact point I did, so if anyone notices this problem, it may not not be
something to fix on your end (LAN, console, etc). We tested 2011 TLC, at 1hour 1min, but I have noticed several instances in different VODs over the last few months.

 

I'm having this problem all the time. It's an app issue on the Xbox One. It never does it on the ps4 or my Android phone.
