WWE 2k20 refund

I want a refund for WWE 2k20

i was denied too. I feel like the amount of time played really shouldnt matter when the game is full of glitches and crashes all the time. The patch they sent out the other day literally fixed nothing.

i have bought every WWE game since Smackdown vs Raw, so of course i bought this one too. All ive had since then is errors, faults, glitches, unplayable matches, my dlc which I purchased locked on me, the games only saving grace is my career, and even thats
full of bugs.

to put it simply, the fact this game was released in such a state is appalling, the fact its 80 pounds is a joke. I dont know what microsofts issue is, because even Sony can see what a piece of
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] this game is, and theyve actually issued out refunds to those affected by it.

Ive never requested a refund on a game, and from my experience doing so, its safe to say ill be thinking twice before i buy a game from xbox or 2K in the future.

I believe the policy is that you are only allowed to play under 2 hours for a 100% refund. That is the only way I can see that you were not able to get a refund, If that is the case you could try to contact the Billing & Support team again and maybe they
can review your order. If you are resubmitting, there should be an option stated as: Purchased content doesn’t work. This reason sounds more likely related to your situation.

Side note: I feel pretty awful for fans of the WWE games, I've seen gameplay and reviews of how terrible the game really is. It is literally unplayable by even the most basic standards.

I'd literally owned the game for two days, and played it for a couple of hours a day. I uninstalled it on the Friday when I submitted my request for a refund. And yes, the experience was terrible. Glitchy graphics, irritating targeting errors, bugs upon
bugs upon bugs. It's all over social media. PlayStation are having no issue refunding their customers for this deeply flawed product. It's a shame that Xbox are seemingly arbitrarily unwilling to do the same.
