I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of WWE 2K18 and received everything except the QR code for WWE Supercard.

thank you for the follow up. For others to know what I did to solve was Togo to the store and manually search for Kurt Angle. Once I did that it came up and I was able todownload his pack.

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the
credits.

The only way you could have received Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete. Since you do not have three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, you did not earn
any Credits. Additionally, since you bought that pre-order before you were a Rewards member, it is not eligible. Only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards.
