    WWE 2K17 will NOT finish downloading (digital) Xbox One


    I bought the digital deluxe version of WWE 2K17 for Xbox One at about 5:00pm EST yesterday. With my download speed of about 15 Mb/s it should take about 5 hours. The farthest that it got was 80% then all of a sudden the download rate drops to just
    a few Kb/s and switches between that and queue, keeping the progress at a dead stand still. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't played my game that I paid almost $100 for.

    I've tried

    - Rebooting the console

    - Cancelling and restarting the download multiple times

    - Nothing else is running on my Xbox One or in my Apartment

    - All my connections are correct

    Furthermore, every digital game that I downloaded before has had no problems and worked fine. This is the only game that has given me problems. Everything is set up fine. What is wrong here?

    Didn't get credit for pre-ordering

    For the games on demand punch card I pre-ordered three games, WWE 2K17 Digital deluxe edition, Skyrim special edition, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare digital deluxe edition. Out of the three I pre-ordered I only got credit for wwe 2k17 and skyrim. Can
    I get acknowledged for pre-ordering Call of Duty so I can get my 15,000 credits?

    No, not that I know of, as this game has been removed digitally from the Microsoft store and has had the servers go down. This game was available physically though, so you could look for a disc of the game at gaming stores and see if by chance they might
    have a code enclosed with the game that hasn't been redeemed yet, for the DLC. Best of luck, it will be a challenge to find an unused physical code for this game's DLC now, but hopefully you can find one.
