WWE 2K17: Where is Goldberg?

I picked up my copy of WWE 2K17 on October 12, 2016. When i got home and loaded up the game i was eager to receive my copy of the pre-order Bonus, Goldberg. I entered the code as seen in the picture, but after everything was confirmed i got an error message
on Microsoft's end. The game finished loading to 100% and was ready to play. After i played through the tutorial match on Exhibition, believing that Goldberg would be their for me to play as or to make a match with, i was face with the disappointment of a
missing Goldberg. So i tried to re-enter the code to see if didn't go through because of some glitch, but the code was already redeemed with nothing to show for it. I pre-ordered this game sometime in May and Goldberg was the main selling point for this purchase.
I don't think it's right that i might have to pay $5 for a DLC next year because of an error on Microsoft's end. I hope that the Microsoft team can rectify this mishap before New Year's Eve, the set expiration date.
