WWE 2K16 and WWE 2K17 doesn't show up on ready to install despite purchase complete on...

thanks for the replies, i forgot to mention it's not the game that is the issue, it's the DLC that i purchased that doesn't show all on the ready to install after you click on the game in my games and apps.

WWE 2K16 only shows Arnold Schwarzenegger, 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase and Accelerator.

WWE 2K17 only shows Future Stars, Accelerator and New Moves Pack.

i have another question, will i lose any saved data (CAWS, any creations), if the game has been synced to the cloud and i copy the games and DLC onto an external HDD and when it asks me if i want to keep games and apps or remove everything? since i copied
the games onto an external device before i removed everything, will all my saved games and data be there when i transfer the games back to the HDD?

also according to the following article someone else has had the same issue and they have been removed from the xbox store now?

You may need to speak to microsoft support to see where you go from here......

if you go onto the store and click on the seasons pass does it let you choose to install it? as it may say you own it, or on your xbox goto my games and apps and click the enter button on your controller (the 3 lines button) and choose manage game, when
that screen has loaded does it show the seasons pass on that screen as available to download and install?

G v zauBerBerg i bought them in January, and it says completed so shouldn't it be on ready to install. would removing xbox from devices
on xbox.com and readding it work?
