Wwe 2k15 patches

I need to get the patch for wwe 2k15 so each time time i get to the point were iam able to go further in my game it will start loading than it will kick me out of the game were iam back at the dash board ive contacted 2k15 twice in november and december
and no response what so ever i did pay over 100 bucks for this game not to have it work can someone please help ty.

So i posted this about my game crashing when i get to a certain point in the game i was told i was missing a patch and intill i get the patch i cant play thru my career on wwe2k15 wich sucks but ive also contact 2k and again no response i just dont what
to do...

 

Unless 2K has a way on their site for you to download the patch to a USB drive or something, the only way to do it is to have your Xbox One connected online and play the game online it will download the patch when you go to play the game... Like on the
xbox.com site they have it were you can download their patches that they do onto thumb drives and stuff but im not sure if gaming companies are doing that same type of thing.

 

I do play it online ive wrote to 2k15 tons off times and they wont answer me at all i guess what iam say is i didnt pay for the seasons and the game and the extras for nothing i just want to play the game thats all.

 

If your playing the game online then it should have downloaded the patch automatically so you should have it already..

 

I purchased the hard copy of this game and cannot play career modes. I also have a save problem when I play nba 2k15 it never saves so I have to start all over. 2k hasn't fixed it in 2 months. I can't play anything with out losing data. Unless it's multiplayer
modes
