"almost all of my jigsaw collections have disappeared and every time i open the program it asks if i want to activate. i've had this thing since 2014. what gives?" it's like wherever my collections and completed puzzles were stored is inaccessible. i have
jigsaw on my computer. i don't want to click on activate, god only knows what will happen. any help?

Why does a game need to have such massive replay value to beckon you back after a month? If a game gives you at least 15 hours of enjoyment, I would say that is money well spent. I understand people have different ranges on the subject, but what were you looking for exactly in terms of gameplay hours? I see you already beat the game, which took me around 40 hours to do so. You even have more Achievements in it than I do. Just what the fuck are you looking for in a game that you can play it for over 40 hours and request a refund???

I just checked your feed on the game hub... you played this game for over 4d20h! Refund!? You can't be serious. that is liek the best $60 anyone has ever spent!!

Click to expand... The game is rubbish mate. Just because I played it a lot doesn't mean I enjoyed any of it. That's the biggest downside of buying digital, now I'm stuck with this garbage.

MTU Settings???

Never even HEARD of MTU, and I use to know ups and downs of routers..

And my router doesn't have a MTU setting.. Using a SMCD3GNV version router, (SMC Series) for Comcast.

Where do I change.. MTU settings? Or else I can't connect. WTFF?!?!?

Note: I also portforwarded 88, 3074 ports FOR Xbox.. -_-

Hi there.

Let's have you sign out of your account on the Xbox app, then use the following steps to reset both the Xbox app and the Jigsaw app:

Open the settings app.

Navigate to System/apps.

In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features

Search for the app in question.

After selecting the app, select advanced options.

Tap reset.

You may now re-open the app once more and sing in.

Post back and let us know how that goes!
