as usual I get banned because I tell cheaters what I think of them and as usual these cheaters never get banned or anything im done with xbox and your pisspoor care or attention most of your customers are cheaters so youll never ban them because there will
be no one left and I wonder why xbox sales has plummeted but ps4 keep selling hhhmmmmm I know why and im converting everyone I know has left xbox its easy to see why

Did you report the cheaters? How do you know they didnt get banned/suspended? You wouldnt be told if they did. Sometimes you may get a message telling you thanks for your report and action was taken but that almost never happens.

That being said if you messaged them something that was against the code of conduct you can be suspended.

PSN has almost the exact same rules.

 

yea me and multiple people report and say in lobbies to everyone report so and so for cheating but its the same names again and again but yea seems like if you cheat you'll be fine but if you use a adult word out of anger you get instantly punished got
banned from messaging ect not even a minute after sending it

Doesnt seem right that nothing is done about multiple reports for cheaters

 

If someone is cheating on let's say BF4 or COD then that's an issue that happens on EA's or Activision's servers. You're just using the Xbox to get to that server and in that case, it's up to EA or Activision to handle the cheating.

When you're using the Xbox chat, that occurs on the Xbox servers. Since Xbox Enforcement is active on their servers, they are able to catch people who violate the terms of use.

Again giving false information If a suspension is upheld the only OFFICIAL thing a customer can do is wait out the suspension IF the phone number is an official phone number for them it is not for use in this manner.
