WTF Why was my account banned?

So I came on Xbox today and tried to sign in to my account (Tribute x Ghost) Wait WHAT. I got BANNED! So on the email it says I was hacking but the thing is even though I did hack the games I hacked I never played I do see you have the right to ban
me but for two weeks. That may not seem like a lot but think about it... getting banned for two weeks for hacking a game I NEVER play. Can one of you Enforcement Team members answer as quick as possible because I want to play on my Xbox, know why I was banned
just for backup and what you have to say to this because my friend has been banned for the same reason but his ban was one week! I had to go through making a complete new account which took 40 mins because I thought I had to have a REAL email to make a new
account.

Account Swap Not Working

Just found this tidbit regarding only being allowed to make one account change per 30 days. WTF Microsoft. Just, WTF? Why not put that info in the error message, or at least in the directions for account swapping!?

Hacking is a No No no matter what.

 

I find it more annoying that hackers now seem to get just 2 week bans,they used to be permanent.

 

Hey noob it's people like you that ruined games like Diablo/Counter-Strike and countless more. I am proud X box banned you for 2 weeks and also wish it was permanent. This is a chat for people who are experiencing problems or want to talk about games/MS

What the OP is saying is that not only does he like to ruin games for other people, he only ruins games that he doesn't play.

I agree with the others in this thread who think he should have been permanently banned, not just two weeks.

You know why it was banned (stated in your e-mail) Although Bans are NOT reversed..... The Good news is, Now you have a fresh start to play by the rules.
