WTF Microsoft error 0x800401fd

I bought my Xbox 1s Gears of War 4 limited edition when it first came out, no real issues. I don't play it almost at all and haven't for months but it is still connected and I watched movies on it occasionally but no real usage lately, I decided to play
some fallout 4 on my Xbox instead of PlayStation and I get this error, then I restart the console like the suggestion says and now it signed me out of my account on the system and is denying access to all of my other games and apps until I sign in manually,
but it won't let me, it shows buffering on the sign in at top left then another gray screen pops up with nothing on it and it just stays like that, WTF?!?!? I have a 1st gen Ps4 and I have never had any of these issues and on top of that it doesn't even show
the fricking error code on your support site or answers in the forums. Do you guys even know what the problem is or are you actively trying to ignore the fact this is an issue? If this isn't resolved in the next few days, you as a corporation have lost a customer
and gained someone who will never recommend any Microsoft products ever again, and at least give a response don't ignore me please, I spent 500 dollars on the thing and it seems like a hunk of ****

Get error code 0x800401fd - No info available - Can't log in, endless loop. Solutions?

I am getting that error code as well, cant use anything on my xbox. No apps or games work, have restarted multiple times.
