wtf is going on with my game transfer

so I am transfering all my games from my external hard drive to my one and have no problems until i try to transfer halo 5 then it will not worl it gets to 1.67 gb then instalation stops and will not transfer any more no matter how many times I hit try again
or cancell and try again...wtf is going on why will all my games transfer but that one??? and before some one asks yes I have plenty of space on the internal hard drive

Shotgun snipers.... lol. The damage on them starts dropping at 15 ft and a OHK after 20 ft is quite unlikely as that's the cut for one. I'm a shotgun player but admitidly it can be annoying to come up against a full team using them.
