wtf is goin on???

ok so i had my one on earlier no issues, put netflix on, iv nipped out come home and turned my machine on again, and wow what the hell, when i first booted up the machine it told me that some program had to close as there was an error or something, i presume
this was netflix, i then noticed that the dashboard itself was laggy, id press A to enter something and the box would flash, but nothing happen, i literally have to spam A for anything to work, so i used a voice command and booted up lords of the fallen, and
i noticed all my controls were backwards, finding this weird i went to battlefield 4, and apart from lagging like hell all over the place, my guns were auto firing, its like the whole thing has gone haywire, anyone else experiencing issues.

I'm having similar issue. However game loads perfectly fine minus the fact that it takes roughly 10 minutes per screen transition. its painstakingly brutal WTF is goin on!?

 

Hey there, I've had what sounds like a similar issue to yours where the console appeared to have locked up and spamming A won't open any games or apps and the console is laggy. A hard reset fixed my issues, so if you haven't do done already, give it a shot:

no did not, power cycle is just generally the get out answer for ms support, plugged my controller into my laptop, appears both my triggers have failed, awesome how i raised this 2 weeks ago with ms to which they have fobbed me off till now, and its when
i realised my warranty was due to run out, so im *** out of luck now

 

Yeah, I know it is, but it can actually solve a lot of issues, I'm just letting you know what worked for me.
