WTF... Game Clip voice recording - Why is this not possible?

After googling around and speaking to Xbox live support I have come to discover that it's not possible to record a game clip (start clip rather than previous minutes) and use your headset mic to record your commentary as you play?

Why is this not available??? it seems to cancel out the whole game clip function on the Xbox One!

Can anyone help with a solution for this?

Either Xbox themselves adding this function or an external solution... maybe that involves the Kinect recoding the voice while you play?

Help... anyone?

Add Feature audio recording for game clips.

WHAT?!?! No automatic voice over recording????
To my surprise, I found game clips don't record audio. On the PS4, I can either record game play and the voice over records automatically or hit the "record that" to save X number of minutes/seconds of game play and it saves the game play
WITH the voice over to my clips tab thingy.

Sooooooo, why does the Xbox One not record a voice over at the same time as recording/saving a clip? That seem like an obvious feature every console would have. Like, come on people! If some one doesn't want to record their voice at the same time as
recording/saving game play, have a switch to shut of voice sharing while recording!

I trust something is in the works, but this feature should have been available at launch.

If I'm totally out to lunch and there is a way to simultaneously record game play
AND audio on my Xbox One, give me a virtual slap across my face and explain to me how to do it!

 

XBOX GAME DVR CRASHING

I recently started trying to record clips using the xbox game DVR. I will hit "start recording" and come back about 3 minutes later and about 20% of the time, when i re-open the game DVR, It is as if it was never recording and i have the options to "start
clip" "end clip" and "show my captures". I want to know why this is happening because it is quite frustrating to waste 3-4 minutes on a clip that only "might record". (A hard reset wont work btw)

 

You are able to add commentary to your videos via the Upload studios app on the console! But if you feel your idea could be useful then visit the
feedback area and let xbox know!

 

When I record a game clip on the Xbox One X my voice is not recorded even though all my mic settings are set to on. I'm totally confounded as to why this is so, since my mic is working with other apps and game chat. Supposedly this feature is built into
the Xbox One X capture system.
