Wrongly temp communication ban/ saying i have new/unread message when i don't

In a cod ghosts Xbox one lobby a person plugged in their mic and started screaming down it in the lobby and whilst playing the game other people in the lobby asked him nicely to be quit but the person continued to do so by then the person had screamed down
the mic several times in 10 miniuts other people in the lobby were getting very annoyed as they were trying to talk to other people in the lobby with him so i sent him a message saying "shut up you ****" so that the person would realize that he had taken
it to far.Then today i woke up from Microsoft saying that my communication privileges has been temporally banned.I think i have been temporal banned wrongly as he was not respecting other people as by him screaming it was making it hard for other people in
the lobby to communicate with each other via microphone, my message was sent in an attempt to help him realize this as in the Xbox live term and conditions it sais you must respect your fellow gamers. In.In my opinion by screaming down a microphone to at least
11 to 17 other people in the lobby in an attempt to annoy them there is no respect for the people in that lobby who were communicating with each other via the head set/microphone, my message was only sent so that the person so that he would be quite so that
the other gamers in the lobby could communicate with other people via the microphone/head set easily.Also after i read the message saying that my communication privileges as been temporally banned it continued to say that i had an un read message i went through
all the message i have and read them and still it said i have an unread message .Any help you give would be greatly appreciated

Forza Motorsport 4 Ban From Storefront (Temp or not)

Im only banned from storefront. When i go on storefront i get a message saying your gamertag is banned from this feature. so is that temp ban.

 

I shouldn’t be communication banned

I got communication banned for sending a message to someone that was misinterpreted to be offensive, I’m assuming that the person thought that I meant kill yourself ny saying “kys” and I didn’t even know that it meant that. I meant to say “kid you suck”.And
that I believe is not worthy of a ban so please anyway I Ben relieved of yo ban as I had no Intention of saying anything offensive.

If you sent him a message where you used profanity, you are guilty, simple as that. He reported the message you sent, and you were punished for it. In the future, if you feel you must send a message to somebody doing this, be respectful and ask or inform
them nicely. You may find that being respectful will get you farther in the long run, and will not result in a temp communications ban.

 

what do I do if I had not sent any profanity to a person and I get coms banned for no reason .
