So going back to your OP, Are you wrongly suspended? We say NO. Why? because you are not following the rules you have agree to follow in the beginning and that means no picture depicting violence or any real people of violence.

What violence though? Just because a person of color is holding two guns doesn’t mean it’s violent. Guns aren’t used just for hurting people, they can be used in sport or portrayed in video games. What’s so violent about that?

I would not want any kids looking at this picture of man pointing guns at himself. This man needs serious help. Pull your pants up and put a shirt on that should be Xbox Live policy. This is dangerous no community in their right minds is going to promote
