Wrongly Suspended

Hey I would like to explain myself on why I shouldn’t be suspended. A month ago I got suspended for saying a horribe word and got punished for it and moved on. I then learnt that there are consequences for you actions even on Xbox and now I believe I have
turned into a much better and fairer player. But today whilst playing Fifa 18 I lost a game and a little 12 year old kid by the name of QWAMBI harassed me constantly for 10 minutes, a kid I didn’t even know. With the previous suspension in the back of my mind
I didn’t want to say anything harmful but I wanted the kid to just go away, therefor calling him “you fag”. Thinking that this wasn’t that bad of a statement, just minutes later I was suspended again. Shocked, I contacted one of your advisors by the name of
Michale and straight up said “will you be affended if I call you a fag”. He later said no and then I later explained this story and he was also confused and said he on my side and I shouldn’t be banned. I then file reviewed the case and got declined and contacted
Valein and hit her with the same question as the previous advisor. She said again that this suspension is wrong and is again on my side. I don’t know what else to say, 2 of your own advisors agreeing that this choice is wrong. Please help, I’m just a kid who
wants to play games with my mates, not trouble a whole community

Wrongly suspended

my sons account has been suspended. However, has been on vacation with my wife and I for the last week and hasn’t had access to XBox alive or his console. I, therefore, believe this is a cyber bully attack.

How do I get Microsoft to remove the suspension and provide me with full details of the alleged incident?

 

Suspended wrongly

This morning I logged on to my Xbox account saying I had a suspension. I checked online, and I have a 1 day suspension for communication which I don’t understand at all. I’m a good player who rarely swear s and uses abusive comment. I’ll admit I can get
a bit salty, but I never resort to abusive comment. I usually play fortnite and I never play with randoms. Also the one reasons want this suspension cleared is that’s I log on daily into Fortnite save the world and this suspensions will cause Me to lose my log
in streak. If there is anything someone can do to help. Thanks.

Sorry for what happened, but the Enforcement team does not use this forum. If the decision is upheld then there is nothing anyone can do, best learn from it and next time don't retaliate that will broke the rules, its always best
to mute, block report trollers so you don't get suspended, they will.

 

Smh you really can’t say anything on Xbox without getting banned instantly. Looks like I’m getting a PS4.....

Those insults are not allowed on XBL as per the rules.

PlayStation has the same code of conduct that can banned you saying fag and gg too, you can read it here

Second if you read this page it says that play station does not have a case review process like Microsoft does

If the enforcement deem those letters you say inappropriate then they are inappropriate and nope I will not get banned as I respect gay people and don't call them the bad word you use. You need to grow up and learn from your mistakes and follow the rules
so you don't get punish again.
