Wrongly Suspended

I have been away from the Xbox for at least 2-3 weeks, it has only been used by others. I tried to sign into my live first thing this morning and I got a message saying I've been suspended until like 31/12/9999, I found this odd since I've not violated any
rules (I read through the rules to be sure) so I spoke to an Xbox support lady this morning, she gave me a reference number and led me to this site to resolve the issue. Also whilst I was checking my Microsoft account and recent activity I noticed multiple
logins from other IP addresses from various locations in London. I live along the south coast, so have I been hacked? My Microsoft account is
[Personal info removed] - Do not post personal info on the forums. and my gamer tag is MilkyBarKid98 , I really hope this can be sorted because I had a lot of time left on my membership.

Wrongly suspended

my sons account has been suspended. However, has been on vacation with my wife and I for the last week and hasn’t had access to XBox alive or his console. I, therefore, believe this is a cyber bully attack.

How do I get Microsoft to remove the suspension and provide me with full details of the alleged incident?

The problem here is that your account is your responsibility at all times, and should never be used by anybody else. Any one of those that used it could have caused your ban. However, if you believe that the account was not under the control of yourself
or anybody that you allowed to use it, you can call support and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. You can post in this forum:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to find out why your account was banned. The Policy Enforcement Team does not read this section of the forums, so posting in that section is the only way to find out why you were banned. You need to know that the PET will not
answer any other questions about your ban.

You would need to post in the bans/suspension forums here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

You wont get a reply straight away as your post needs to be approved on those forums.

If you feel your account may have been compromised then you need to phone support on 0800 587 1102 & ask to open an unautherised access case.

Also,please do not post personal info like your email address on the forums.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone other then yourself please contact Xbox Support by phone as OutSider mentioned and start an unauthorized access case with Xbox Support.
