Wrongly Suspended

I received a message stating I would be suspended from Xbox Live communications. I didn't do anything warranting it, so I submitted a case review. This was yesterday. Today, I receive a message stating the decision will be upheld because I called someone
a [Mod Removed] from account LedgendHydro729. This isn't even my account. Something needs done about this.

Wrongly suspended

my sons account has been suspended. However, has been on vacation with my wife and I for the last week and hasn’t had access to XBox alive or his console. I, therefore, believe this is a cyber bully attack.

How do I get Microsoft to remove the suspension and provide me with full details of the alleged incident?

Hi there,

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options, but since you already submitted a Case Review, as far as I know, once it is upheld there are no other options.
