wrongly suspended from xbox live communications.

I have received a ban from xbox live communications (party and messaging etc.) yet the only people i had been using these methods of communication with are my friends who all said they didn't report me. I cant find out how long the ban is for because the
enforcement page on xbox.com isn't very helpful, and i would like to be released from my suspension asap because i feel whoever reported me had no valid reason to do so.

I understand i may have broken the rules under communication before but whether or not i was reported should have been at the time. i see no reason why i should have been reported recently.

I feel this was a false report or a joke to someone and would like my communications back.

I was apparently reported for speech harassment, even though I haven't used gamechat since ive gotten my xbox one 2 years ago, and i cant submit a case review if an ambassador or somebody is seeing this talk to me. im beginning to get frustrated because
no one will give me answers

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check any enforcement action on your account on the enforcement site
