    Wrongly suspended for communication


    I was apparently reported for speech harassment, even though I haven't used gamechat since ive gotten my xbox one 2 years ago, and i cant submit a case review if an ambassador or somebody is seeing this talk to me. im beginning to get frustrated because
    no one will give me answers

    Suspensions

    I have been suspended for voice Communication for taking to a kid while playing GTA5 a game made for adults , I feel as if a kid is playing a game made for adults that this person should be expected to hear adult words and comments , I was also suspended
    for Harassment abuse and threats I don't see how this is possible when while I am suspended for Voice communication I can get suspended for threating someone when I can't even talk to them , there needs to be a way for us as players to talk to the enforcement
    team of Xbox so we can defend ourselves and maybe get outback account back for wrongly being suspended by someone who is upset an drew decides because they are mad to through a fit and get you suspended

    wrongly suspended from xbox live communications.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check any enforcement action on your account on the enforcement site

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.
