Hello I'm here t hopefully get my account suspension lifted since it wrongly received an account suspension due to a group of players who reported me after they harassed me

Hi,

Sorry to hear that but Xbox console are never wrongly suspended and you cannot appeal such a suspension.

I've done this, multiples times. It makes you answer general questions about xbox live that have nothing to do with the suspension. These kids are falsely submitting reports for my account as well because they aren't allowed to play in a party (due to their
disgusting foul language). This is the worst support system. We're trading in our xbox's today (all three) for PS4 and new games. This is the second time this has happened to my account and now we're suspended for a week witho ZERO help from Xbox supprt. RIP

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact them. If an appeal was already submitted and they denied it, there is nothing else that can be done.

The only place you would find the answer to that is by signing into your account at enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you were wrongly suspended you can file for a case review on that website also if the suspension is eligible (has to be longer then 24 hours) and they will reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
