    So Microsoft has decided to ban my account from making purchases with my card.

    Backstory: I bought two xboxs, decided that I did not need them so as soon as they were delivered, I shipped them back after filing for a refund. Both products, unopened from the original shipping box, get delivered back to Microsoft. From that date, it
    takes more than 2 weeks to get a refund. Multiple times I contacted Microsoft support to solve the refund issue, which was never resolved. Eventually, since I cannot carry a debt of $600+ from items I clearly returned (have tracking number to prove), I called
    my bank and they suggested a dispute. Fast forward to today, I find out my account is blocked from purchasing by the "Highest Support Team" in Microsoft. The decision is apparently permanent and cannot be uplifted. The problem I see is that there is no way
    to reach this highest support team, thus no way to even have a fair trial. What kind of company makes a decision like this without even investigating? They know I didn't commit fraud because I returned the products otherwise they wouldn't just ban me if I
    still owed them $600+. Frankly, I've lost my respect towards Microsoft, after being a loyal fan for 10 years. If someone from customer support can help me out with my situation, I would be glad to provide more details.

    You were not wrongly punished. It doesnt matter if it was your friend was using your account or not. Letting your friend use your account in and of itself is against the terms of service. Let alone whatever your friend did to get you suspended.

    Your account is your responsibility.

    You can try filing for a case review (if eligible) but dont expect a different answer.

    What I'm about to say is probably said all the time to you, that you were not on the account when it happened. However I truly wasn't on the 20th of August I was camping outside a small town in Colorado called Salida with my family. While I was out of town
    my best friend from school said he was out of live and had nothing to do this weekend, being his friend I kindly said you can use my account. I should've known better but I didn't I wasn't on the account when this happened. I have been banned in The past but
    I learned from it and have made the community better I apoligize for my friend and would love to be reinstated. Also Xbox support told I should still be allowed to play online which i am not due to my ban.

    Brothers Microsoft Account hacked. Not a happy customer.

    A system of justice is never perfect, especially one in a cyber enviornment.

    One who follows the rules and is a good sport is seldom wrongly accused and punished outright.

    If you were charged 35 times for a free trial, something went very wrong. Contact Support right away and this should all be refunded to you. You can also go through your bank and file a dispute for the charges and let them know that you were not only charged
    wrongly, but charged multiple times. This can also be resolved on your banks end as they will file the dispute with Microsoft and Microsoft will, in turn, issue a refund as well.
