Wrongly Chat Banned

Hi, I was wrongly chat banned for asking people to switch or play someone else on Overwatch. I'm sure that whoever responds to this will know that it's a team game where communication is key to win. In the messages I sent, I did not include foul language,
harassment, name calling, or anything else. In fact, there responses to me included, "**** off", "shut up I'm carrying faggot", and others like it. I'm hoping that I can appeal to this ban. And just to get it out of the way, in the past I was chat banned,
and I admit that I was not a good player/community person. But I have grown from that and strive not to be toxic. Thank you for your time.

nF Buffon 1 I wouldn't bother doing the case review mate. They don't take anything into consideration at all.

I had physical evidence and multiple of those that I was unfairly banned including chat references where I was told by support agents I was wrongly banned. They still didn't unban me.
