    Someone has logged into my account without me knowing and has got my account permanently banned, I have never received a ban or a suspension for anything, Please help as i havent done anything wrong ...

    Support have given you the incorrect info.They don't deal with enforcement issues & often tell people to post here when they shouldn't as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You would need to contact support again & ask to open an unauthorised access case if you believe your account was somehow compromised.

    Even if they find out it was there is no guarantee that you will get the ban reversed.

    B4 Stalin mods take my post out of context and take further abusive actions against me. The censored "****" is a common word that is used synonym to "adulator" or someone who does everything to get in the good graces. In the context of people defending microsoft
    no matter what. It is not a curse word.
    you aren't allowed to use language that is not rated e for everyone. And hiding it in astrriks.is no excuse
