Wrongly banned with no evidence and not being told why I am banned

I have been banned for communication I have checked my messages and there is no communication that breaks code of conduct and also I have only been in parties with close friends so I have been banned and I have not been told why or there is no evidence
as to why

nF Buffon 1 I wouldn't bother doing the case review mate. They don't take anything into consideration at all.

I had physical evidence and multiple of those that I was unfairly banned including chat references where I was told by support agents I was wrongly banned. They still didn't unban me.

 

Console ban

i have just been console banned and would like to know why, there isnt any evidence or reason to why ive been banned, ive also been suspended from xbox live for cheating and theres no evidence of that but ill wait for the 2 weeks to be over but getting
console with no evidence is abit extreme and for fetched, i can provide evidence of my console no being modded in anyway, please help me and look in to it as its unfair because there is alot of people out there who mod and dont get banned for doing so but
its always those who dont mod who get in trouble...

 

No one here has access to your enforcement history. You can request a case review at the Microsoft enforcement website

HEREis a link to the How Do I submit a case review section on that website. Follow all the steps and hopefully an enforcement agent can shed some light
on your situation.

 

That is no help what so ever i want to know why and they dont say that i also dont understand how i can be banned with no proof

 

Unfortunately only the XBLPET can assist you in this matter if you requested a case review they will investigate your suspension and give you an outcome. Overturned or Upheld

- You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

- Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

 

You'll not be able to receive any help on the forums for an enforcement action taken against your account.

You'll need to go to the
Enforcement website, sign into your account and then select the orange ban hammer icon. Check on the enforcement action taken against you and then opt to file a 'Case review'. You can only submit a case review if the suspension is over twenty four hours
in length.
