    wrongly banned for market theft


    I'm on my xbox when i'm kicked out and told my account has been suspended for market theft after someone made a complaint.

    problem here is i've only made three purchases this week and the money has been taken from my account for the amount of each purchase my bank told me the transaction had gone through so I have no idea what's going on

    I wasn't told who made the complaint and was just suspended.

    Banned when didn't even have Xbox

    My account was banned for Market Place Theft. I have been overseas and sold my xbox with account still on it before deployment. My account shows fraudulent charges due to theft. Whatever Market Place Theft occurred was not by me. Please look into
    this and release my account. Please. Thank you.

    Hi there.

    Check your emails as you would have been sent one regarding the suspension.

    The only place you can get an answer is over at enforcement.xbox.com/home - Log in there with the suspended account and you can request a case review for further clarification on the suspension.

    And just to make it clear - this suspension could be a result of actions taken in the past (months ago), not just in the previous week.

    no, if the bank pulls the funds back then microsoft will deem that as market place theft and ban the account.

    they will deem it as market place theft and perma ban your account and possibly your console too.

    Green eyed leo. Doing that is theft of market place content and could lead to a console ban for both consoles.
