Wrongly banned by enforcement

So so I came home last night to find that all of my communications and social media privileges have been suspended for a whole week for what I really don't know I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for the entire time Xbox Live has even been a thing. Not
once have I ever had a complaint filed against me I do believe it might be a case of a sore loser in the video game we are playing online my conversation with this individual never became offencive or vulgar or anything of the such as a matter fact this individual
message me first to harass me and insult myself in my friends yet I'm the one who gets band is this how Microsoft reach their loyal customers? I'm honestly thinking about switching to Sony as well as a few of my friends

How hello everyone, I'm just wondering if maybe it's not just me that has been wrongfully banned for an entire week 4 reasons I do not know I've I've been given what I believe they feel is a reason but I've yet to hear back from them with the exact offense
that I've committed. It wasn't said that I allegedly sent the fence of messages or hateful messages to another player over Xbox Live the only conversation I can recall having anywhere nearly any type of negative discussion in was actually harassment towards
me due to a player that lost a match I did not try to contact this individual this individual purposely message me to harass me yet I'm the one that gets banned from conversing with my friends now for a week when I'm actually laying at home recovering from
surgery from a tumor I had removed. playing with my friends online actually help take my mind off the fact that I may get bad news the next time I go see my oncologist. not that this has anything to do with the offense or what not I just wanted to let it be
known just how important it was to me

-Only the Enforcement Team can review communications and determine what is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. In general, if anyone ever sends you messages that are vulgar and/or harassing, I would recommend reporting that user to the Enforcement
