    Wrongly accused


    My account was suspended from messaging, so I was wondering why, as the first message the guy sent was calling me a no life ****, I just calmly responded, I'm 12, he's like 18 and yet I was more mature about it, and had some fun with it until y'all banned
    me from messaging

    Don't worry about it. If you did nothing wrong, nothing will happen. Xbox.com is not the appropriate location for Reporting anyone who does not follow the ToU/ CoC.

    The only true and correct method for Filing a Complaint is via the Console. That Filed Complaint is viewed by the XBL Policy Enforcement Team. They don't go on "word" or number of Filed Complaints. They go simply by the Information on XBL itself.

    I have been wrongly slated as being a cheat on FIFA 13. Earlier I was playing in a seasons cup final and was comfortable with a 2-0 lead in the first half and easily outplaying my opponent. I broke down the wing and crossed for what seemed like a sure
    goal when the connection was lost and The servers determined the result. I was given the win and the cup. My opponent was obviously a bad loser a couldnt handle being so outplayed. However, he sent me a message calling me a cheating ****. He also said he had
    listed me as a cheat on the Xbox live forum. Obviously I want to stick up for myself but have no idea where to find his post. Any ideas?

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     to see any enforcement actions on your account & file for a case review if eligible.
