Wrongly accused of tampering with my 360

Has this happened to anyone else?

I sent my 360 Slim in for repair (after paying the $75 fee for out of warranty service) and they sent it back to me saying that it had shown signs of tampering. Being the first and only owner (with no other gamers in my household), and never having it repaired
or modded by anyone, I knew this was a mistake so got in contact with their customer service. The manager I was able to speak with, Billy, said that since it failed external tampering test (stickers) and internal (proprietary info), they would not repair
the console. This is completely untrue unless it was originally shipped that way out of their factory. So now I'm stuck. Can anyone advise what to do next?

Account suspension

My account was suspended. I believe I was wrongly accused of this. I am very frustrated because I can’t communicate with anyone. PLEASE HELP!

Xbox enforcement

Wrongly accused of marketplace fraud, my brother simply asked for a refund got it then got his Xbox banned.

There really isn`t a lot you can do if both security seals are damaged.

The outer seal can easily be damaged, that is why they have internal ones too, that simply can`t be touched without opening the console.

I would say your only option is to buy a new console, as third party repairs are likely to get you a console ban.

Thanks all...This one will never be connected to Live as its just used as a media center extender (wish they would implement that function in the Xbox one or I would be replacing all my 360s....).

After googling this, it appears several others have had the same situation I have....really leaving me a terrible taste with MS. Prior to this, they have been good about repairing my previous RRODs (at least 5 or 6).

The CS manager said he would have to hang up on me if I talked about small claims court. Which I also found out from Google that we apparently all gave up our right to do so during a mandatory dashboard update.

Before this I was MS's biggest fanboy to my circle of friends....PS4 is looking much more appealing and I do want to play the Last of Us.

Don't worry about it. If you did nothing wrong, nothing will happen. Xbox.com is not the appropriate location for Reporting anyone who does not follow the ToU/ CoC.

The only true and correct method for Filing a Complaint is via the Console. That Filed Complaint is viewed by the XBL Policy Enforcement Team. They don't go on "word" or number of Filed Complaints. They go simply by the Information on XBL itself.
