    I was wrongfuly banned last week and it was permanent and it's not a normal im innocent story this is probably one of the few cases where the person is actually innocent.

    So let me begin the story begins last week when i wanted to buy cyberpunk 2077, so what happened was i couldn't afford the microsoft store one as it was too much so i bought Cyberpunk 2077 from (Mod Removed) which is a 3rd party seller and the original advertisement listed the game as an activation key, you get an activation key with the game but when i finaly got the activation key after buying the game so was it an account instead. I then refused the account and tried to get a refund from (Mod Removed) but they refused because they'd already " delivered what i paid for " so i contacted microsoft support to let them know and to get the accounts banned ( Note i did not even log in once ) So i talked with some support agent on the phone who was really nice and understanding and assured me that i did nothing wrong but i didn't mention the fact that i actually got scammed and misslead which made him probably think that i bought the account intentionaly and knowing that it was an account but he still didn't ask me for more details and told me that he didn't need much details because the support team would ask me for all the details about the case and my story on email ( they never did ) I told him thanks and hung up. I take a quick nap and wake up to me getting banned after 3 hours. After 3 hours so has xbox safety team decided to permanently suspend my account of 1 year solely based on what support had said. I tried to appeal to them but it's hard to write the full story because i am not a native english speaker and i thought they would contact me on email for the full story so i just worte in my appeal what i told on the phone call but the appeal obviously got denied but i never got contacted on email nor tell my side of the story. This is where the problem is how can you have your ethos as " we make rational decisions based on the facts and context and not solely on what's written " when you permaban me without asking for context or asking me for my full story. The context they got was that i bought and account and reported it but that's not the true context the true context is that i got scammed into buying an account which was listed a license key and then so did i contact xbox support which was the right thing to do only to get permabanned and lose my account and completly cut off from communication after even having the xbox support team lie to me about reaching out through email to get the full story and context.

    TLDR: Got scammed and then wrongfuly permabanned in 3 hours solely because of xbox phone support completly missunderstanding me and for screwing me over.

    This is the wrong place to ask. You have to contact the Forza Horizon Community Team, as XBox Live Team cannot help you in any way to resolve this matter.

    Funny thing is i didn’t do anything wrong yet xbox support came to the conclusion of banning me in less than 3 hours solely on what support said which is unfair
