Wrongfully suspending my account

Hello im very annoyed because I was suspended for a day with a good reason and I waited out that day. But the next day I was suspended for the exact same thing. So i check my second suspension and it says the exact same reason as before. But i did not
send the same message or do anything wrong. Its like it punished me twice for the same thing. I dont know if Xbox just feels like adding more time because they want too ir what. But im annoyed and would really like the answer

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

We would not have any information as to why you may have been suspended twice, If the suspension is anything over 24hrs you are able to submit a case review however, being that this is only a 24hr suspension you will have to wait it out. I do apologize for
this inconvenience.

Yes I made a Case but they said that my suspesion still stands.

The only way to appeal any suspension is to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team. They are the only ones able to possibly lift a suspension.
